something about an issue on llodra's serve...paire took issue with it...llodra told him not to be a "little piece of s..t"...paire says back to him "eat s..t" or something to that effect..paire proceeds to stare down llodra after many shots in first set then collapses mentally after losing set....paire walks off court to boos laughing at crowd after llodra and him get near each other around net after match hands up and out pointing at each other

french journalists are trying to get to bottom of it..paire was talking to warinka about it

there are some still photos..i'll try and get them...no video apparently

Marc45 thank you for this! Strange to see Stan getting involved, even if Paire is a close friend. Let them sort it out like grown men!

you're welcome win....and i was wrong about pointing at each other..... in that picture that's obviously the chair ump....but it seems they did everything else

Stan might be implying the use of gamesmanship from Mika, which I certainly wouldn't rule out since I read on lequipe.fr that he "knew that if [he] won the first set, then Paire would blow a fuse."

Lolzy stuff nonetheless.

Thanks for sharing this story. I am pretty sure they know each other well since they are both Frenchman, but can't believe the animosity there.

I thought about that match for a few seconds when guessing the draw because Sela is Ubertalented off that 1hbh...screwed up that section for me because I went w/Matosevic...even though I don't like that dude at all.

Disappointing. Harrison has had all sorts of horrible draws, so I thought this might be a chance for him. But, not only does he lose, he gets destroyed. Why are people predicting he'll be "something" on tour, whether a champion or simply a Top 20-35 player? Clearly, he's "good" if he's in the main draw of Masters events, but there's absolutely nothing setting him apart from 50-100 other players that I can see.

Is Blake anywhere near Tsonga in the draw? Would love to see a rematch of their IW meeting. That was fun.

I don't know about that. It's one match and Harrison is still a young player. Blake is a great guy and a real humanitarian. Harrison acted like a jerk towards Blake previously and Blake does not like him. What's up with Harrison's attitude?

Too much hype about harrison guys. He is nothing special whatsoever. Will have a career in top 100 permanently that's about it. He's American but if he wasn't there would be no hype at all!?

I'm guessing the nerves got to him - he is not ready for a televised night match in a masters event - was silly to give him a main draw WC - serves no purpose and probably just embarrasses him! Apparently an ankle injury..

Thanks for the info yeah I agree this is the problem with hype and pushing someone before they are ready he is making steady progress at his level! Won a futures in Sheffield in the UK in February he wasn't ready for this!

Novak Vs. Rosol should be entertaining for TTW folks... They'll get to see the real gap between a top player and someone who only played one good match in their career...
