Building a 5 courts tennis facility

I've been looking around and can't find any good info on this, so I'm hoping to get some help here.

Is there anyone in position that know about this kind of things to give an idea of how much it would cost to build a 5 courts facility with clubhouse from the ground up including land and everything?

if possible, some elaborations on the total cost would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe call clubs in Virginia (I assume you mean to build there) and find out what it cost them.
Army Navy Country Club just redid their outdoor courts and clubhouse. They built the indoor facility quite a few years ago, but they might be willing to give you useful information.

I imagine there are too many variables for anyone to even ballpark your question. Depends on the location, quality of the real estate involved, surface you want to use, amenities you want to provide, etc. etc.

In south Texas you can find bids staring at $45,000 per court, but good post-tension concrete courts cost about $75,000 with fences and lighting. 5 courts would be about $300,000-$450,000 depending on the extras. You might find a better deal, but this is the going (reputable) price. A 1,500 square foot clubhouse will be about $85-$135 per square foot. Parking lot, landscaping, utility hookup, etc. could easily be the same as the clubhouse. So my best guess is that you will be in the $700,000-$800,000 range without the land. Land prices are all over the map, and I am not up on VA prices.

I'm not talking about state of the art facility and lands price would be on the lower end also. So roughly estimating, it would be between 1-1.5mil?

Your best bet is to talk with the Tennis Industry Association and generate some useful contacts there. You're just asking us peon tennis players here, not builders.
