Came across this video on the Internet. What is the NTRP level in your opinion?

Its all about how you play in matches. Dudes with some rough technique can make it work it matches if they have the movement and speed.
Guys with nice technique and too much ego and frail mentality can collapse completely and lose to players who look worse.
Hatless guy, another who hit forehands and backhands on the same side of the racket... Very strange, hope he doesnt volley that way.
Hatless guy is not doing that
My bad, you are right. I was fooled by the extreme backhand grip..

I don't think he has an extreme BH grip

the hatless guys says he hits both on the same side of the racket...
at least I think that is what was said
Tall thin hatless guy, 4.5, wiith lazy movement on the vid.
Hat guy, trouble keeping up, lacks depth and penetration.
But hatless guy knows hat guy is having trouble picking up the ball, so why is he rallying so hard, deep, and with no regard for hat guy?
Makes for one side rallying.
I stopped looking at 37 seconds.
Of all the matches that I've lost, 98% of them were to guys with horrible form. Of all the matches that I've won, 75% of them are vs. guys with more "pretty" strokes than me, but no consistency.

So question here, for someone like me who doesn't play lots of matches, how long should it take before I play matches as well as I practice?

For me it took like a few weeks or about 5-7 matches. Sometimes I also took it easy by sort of selecting opponents, ie mainly people that I thought were not aholes.
It helps if you come in with the right attitude, like I'm here to have fun and if I lose it'll be a learning experience. With someone nice and good, tell yourself that you're even willing to treat them to lunch.
I have play a few pressure filled matches for money. (It was only pressure cuz all the other guys hustled.) and lately about 9 league matches. It's really fun when you could play your full potential.
Money? I would never play tennis for money without someone neutral calling lines. That would most assuredly not end well.
Hatless guy is not hatless. I'm wearing a hat in that video. The video is not clear enough to show that.
I'm 6'0 tall. 182cm. Maybe I look taller in that vid because I couldn't bend my knees that day and was standing up straight most of the time. Or maybe it's the camera angle. Hat guy is taller than hatless guy.
Not a good habit, I advise to change that.
The strings wear out double quick.
Both decent players, but that video suggests neither of them appear to know where their shots are going ;-)
Cheetah - if that's you at the far end - get that back hand contact further in front man
Cheetah, do you play USTA events (either league or tourneys)? If so, at what level? Nice hitting BTW.
We can safely give you 4.5.
Problem here is insensitivity. Yours. You hit hard and deep to your buddy, he barely picks it up with his eyes, much less hit it back.
Why don't you slow down your shots, hit some shorter, so your buddy can get his groove going and BOTH of you would have a better time playing a competitive hitting session?
I've played tons of guys like you, crushing shots in warmup/practice, just like Nalbandian was doing to the Canadian Open player in practice.
WHAT FOR? Save it for the match.

.
I AM a less than mobile 4.5.
.
Since when? You always say you are a falling 4.0.
No disrespect to LeeD, but I don't know how he thinks it would be a match at all. He limps around the court by his own admission and Cheetah seems to hit the corners pretty well. He could just do that and be fine.
LeeD is maybe talking about doubles here?
