    Hi Geoff

    Hope all is well. I saw that you own a Babolat Star 4 machine and Albert was able to help you fix the machine. I am having the same issue with my machine as the tension head does not move. I was wondering if you know the name of the transformer you bought years ago to fix the machine. Worse comes to worse I may consider buying your machine for spare parts. Thanks

    Someone recommended you to me for custom foam molds. Can you swap the pallets? I like Yonex pallet which need to replace the original pallet of Wilson Pro Staff St Vincent, can you do it professionally?

    I don’t have a Yonex 1/4. I could make one but that adds to the expense. To make a mould is $150 and to mould the pallet is $50. The materials are very expensive to make a mould and it is very time consuming.

    Thank you for your response. I understand your situation. Do you have a website for your work? Do you customise the handle/pallet if I give you my racquets. I want them reduced from 3/8 to 1/4.

    Just one question:

    If I am able to purchase a pair of Head Prestige Classic with suspension grips. There were crack on the collar of the handle where the sloped bevels were. Can you make new mould so you can put the original parts into the new one? Is this possible?

    Hi Geoff, first thanks for the reply on the thread. So ok my two 97s I put lead under the OG for now and some in the head outside still not under the bumper yet. I'm trying to find a good setup (one has 8gr handle + 2gr head, other has 10gr handle + 4gr head) On my last pro staffs I ended up putting lead under the leather grip, but I read that silicon softens the frame too and kills some extra vibration

    Hi @Geoff is the 3x3 box pattern doable for hybrid / 2 piece jobs?

    Hello @Henery

    A box pattern is not doable on a hybrid. The main purpose of a box or around the world is to start the cross strings at the top of the frame. Obviously with a hybrid you would have no issue starting at the top.

    Hi @Geoff, would you happen to know how a gut/poly hybrid affect RF97 balance? I have two RF97 and one is gut/poly, and the other one is poly hybrid. The one with gut/hybrid champions choice seem to feel a bit more head heavy and has more plow. Just wondering if the string setup somehow increases the swingweight and move balance point? Thanks

    In my opinion the actual difference in swingweight would be basically negligible. It would depend on the gauge and string type. I would make sure the unstrung swingweight on both frames are the same. 1 gram at 12 o clock affects swingweight by 4 units. So I doubt the difference in weight between the 2 string set ups is even close to 1 gram.

    Sorry for not seeing this. I won the Wilson stand on a Facebook contest that Wilson had. The carpet can be ordered at Wayfair.com. Comes in 3 different sizes.

    Hi Geoff, just had a chance to see your Pro Room RF97 review from a year back, dunno how I missed it. But have you had a chance to take it to RDC machine to measure the flex RA? Would be pretty interested at the info. Thanks

    Hello PSC85. It has a RA of 71. There inna sticker on the throat from the pro room. I also measured it at 71 on my RDC

    Geoff MattCrosby has no brake on his machine. If he did and used the brake the top crosses in the O Ports would be pulled in a straight line with no friction at the frame. Therefore all those crosses where the brake is used are pulled at true reference tension whereas all other strings are pulled at ref tension - frame friction. O Ports damned if you do and damned if you dont.
