Just curious if this would be the case. I wanted to string up my nBlade with Klip K-Boom 18g mains and Gosen OG 17g in the crosses...I've never tried a setup like this and was wondering if the thinner/stronger poly would dig into the thicker/weaker synthetic gut...FYI I use the nBlade with Cyberflash 17g Mains /Gosen OG 17g in the Crosses and I dont usually break strings, I cut them out due to tension loss...I dont think the 18g would cause a problem but thought I would see if anyone has experienced anything or just has an opinion...feel free to spill your brain.

No, because the Gosen is very flexible and elastic. However the Klip, it might have durability problems, although you should still break the Gosen first.

My son (17) is a banger and he had a hard time breaking 17ga PSGD on the Nblade. That frame is very flexible and with the dense string bed it is probably one of the easiest frames for string durability.
