look ,

I'm sure that 2011 wimbledon djokovic was his highest level in wimbledon ever
not only cause he wins that 2011 wimbledon , look at nadal 's draw in that wimbledon
third round ~ final : muller - del potro - mardy fish - murray - djokovic

probably nadal 's hardest draw in wimbledon ever untill the final

djokovic beat peak tomic ( i'm serious , tomic play really good in djokovic match ) and beat tsonga ( who beat federer in five )
and he beat nadal in final

this is his highest level in wimbledon he showed

Tsonga was no joke in that SF match. Djokovic was just on another planet that whole fortnight. He could've challenged Peak Fed at Wimbledon.

He played well, but not exactly as well as Nadal. He didn't have the belief and mindset that comes with being on top of the world like Nadal was.
Rafa didn't play bad at all in that match, in fact. He was just getting beaten at his own game by the invincible warrior that was 2011 Djokovic.

Yes, 2015 can be argued, but I'm definetely for 2011. Nadal was peak at Wimbledon in 2008/10, it's unlikely he was so far from his peak in 2011. And Djokovic managed him pretty well.
In the same way, Federer was peak in 2005-06, and really near his peak in 2007-08. And Nadal was on his level in those years.

I think Big 3 peak level at Wimbledon(2005-06 Federer, 2008/10 Rafa, 2011/15 Nole) are really close. I take 06 Federer, but by a very slight margin. Fedovic had much more consistency, btw.

2015 takes it for me. Very dominant, losing only three sets all in close tiebreaks. 2011 was good no doubt, and obviously the first title will always be a big highlight no matter what but his drops in level were more significant, losing sets to Baghdatis and Tomic and getting breadsticked by Nadal. Nerves probably denied him a more convincing win over Tsonga too, but he played a good Wimbledon himself.

Also impressive how he got through the 2014 draw. Stepanek, Simon, Tsonga, Cilic, Dimitrov, Federer. Only got a bit of a break with not facing Murray who was not great that year anyway.

Plenty of Djoker grass masterclass to choose from at the end of the day.

Novak probably was a bit better physically in '11, but is a lot stronger mentally in '19. If he needs to grind out the win (hypothetically, w/o return of service), '19 version would be the pick!

Matchups play a role here, Nadal obviously peaked very high at Wimbledon, but W07/W08 had a lot to do with the specific matchup advantage he enjoyed vs Federer, plus the mental beatings he gave him over and over on clay. Djokovic has never had the same type of technical matchup advantage over Federer, if anything Federer's variety bothered most versions of Djokovic, even when the latter was in much better form, so peak for peak I favor Federer on grass.

2015 and 2019 novak best ever on grass. One thing’s for sure no version of Federer or nadal has a chance vs peak Djokovic on grass or hard courts.

Got that right. No version of Federer has ever come close to being able to beat Djokovic 2019 at Wimbledon. Djokovic was just way too good, Peak Fed would be lucky to get a set

2019? Did you watch W19? Djokovic was getting outplayed by Federer the whole time, but pulled it out via clutchness. 11 and 15 at least made Novak seem more dominant against the competition.
