2013 Blade 98 and the Nblade 98

The new 2013 Blade reminds me so much of the Nblade.
Having hit/owned with all the Blades since the Nblade 98, The new 2013 reminds me so very much of the Nblade version.
Anyone else have this opinion?

I don't have that opinion yet but I'm glad you mentioned it as I am still using my n blade and was trying to find something new to replace it. I know the k blade didn't play much like it and I stopped trying them after that, guess I'll need to give this one a try now :)

The new one isnt as flexable as the Nblade, but does have some flex and some power benefits of the new Technology.

As long as the feel is similar, the extra power should be containable with tighter stringing but I'll definitely demo first. I was assuming you meant the 18x20 but did you try the 16x19 at all?

No actually I am refering to the 16x19.
I think the open string pattern gives it the flex and the feel of the Nblade.

Ah ok, I wouldn't have tried the 16x19, you don't find the stringbed to be too hot? every time I try a non 18x20 I feel like i get too much power, however I'm still old school using nxt tour are you using a poly?

tim, Its soft and somewhat powerful.

I picked up both the new Blade and new AeroPro Drive.
Different approaches to see which one suits my game the best.

Closest they've come to the nblade feel since the Kblade and first BLX Blade... but it's still no nblade (higher weight/SW)

I've used both, and they has nothing in common IMO.

The 2013 16x19 blade has a sweet flex, that's true, but it has much power and pop than the nBlade. My old nBlade (I still keep one of this jewell in my wardrobe) is one of the sweetest racket I've ever used, if isn't the most. And the control response has nothing in common with the new blade.
