This can put sensitive data at risk, create distractions, and affect trust and market stability. Keeping negotiations private allows for more strategic decision-making and protects the integrity of the process.

I would have answered the same. Frankly, I was responding to below which I would have not posted.....

I used to be the CEO of a startup called Universal Tennis and am proud of the things we accomplished with UTR. A new ownership group now runs the company. There have been some misunderstandings about ITA's backing of WTN. I wanted to take this chance to clear up some of those misunderstandings.
