Hello, after a long hiatus i'm returning to the game and still think Andre's forehand is relevant for study now days.

For me, the general ideia about the Andre's forehand is to keep it simple, objective, and effortless.

Recently i came across this two nice articles about his forehand:

http://www.optimumtennis.net/andre-agassi-forehand.htm

https://www.tennisplayer.net/public...ehand_images/nick_bollet_agassi_forehand.html

His course on Udemy.com is nice, a little too much structured as quick tips...

It will be interest to know the thoughts from other people about the most relevant aspects about Andre's forehand technic, some check points about his swing and etc, maybe it can appear some point of views that i not realized yet.

Thanks!

As a kid ('80/'90s) I tried to emulate Agassi (on every shot). I still think it's a good model. I have basically two forehands: the big one, and the quick one. For the quick one, I am thinking Agassi (though I changed to SW two years ago, after years on EE).

I enjoyed this funny video:

Thats a beauty!!

Now i've been vsing harder hitting opponents, its completely true what he says. The big loopy takeback doesn't cut it, i have to get it to 5 oclock asap or i'm gonna be late.

I like his groundies and end of career serve as good template. Unfortunately TTW are all into modern ATP FH or nothing approach and Agassi FH was modern in 80s. He's very Sharapova or more likely she very Agassi WTA, but he has shorter take back. I think there's less to go wrong and reduce *kinetic chain*. By 2000 he had tidied up a lot of issues both technical and mental which should give TTW hope.

Best I could do re: Agassi Technic. Nothing Agassi-specific from Lego unfortunately, let alone Lego Technic.
