Agree on all you say but Rafa can rest assured that his record of 14 RGs will still stand, even after Carlos' grandson dies. The guy is just sensational. He has it all and once he sorts his serve placement out and cuts down on UFEs, which is inevitable, he will be the most complete player of all time shot wise and with his Rafa like mentality surely will propel him to become the Greatest Ever unless there are any 13-17 year olds out there with his skill set coming through. Because if his rivals are going to be Medvedev Zverev tsitsipas Sinner Musetti Fritz FAA and Shapo, then he will win at least two Golden Career Slams and two Calendar Slams.
Nadal knows what's coming. His behaviour after the match was really interesting. Never seen him so jumpy etc. Perhaps he knows how Sampras felt when he played Federer. And agassi when he played Nadal. If Alcaraz best surface is clay( not sure on that but it is for most Spanish guys ) then Rafa maybe thinking he may not ever hold his beloved trophy again.
Alcaraz is definitely not a Next Gen Mug.
Alcaraz best surface is not clay.
HC is his best surface as of today.
NONSENSE! He served very well today, but then he did Everything well today. His all-court game IS amazing! In over 60 years of watching tennis, I don't recall such a complete and consistent all-court player at his age.He doesn't have a serve.

He does now!He doesn't have a serve.
At 19? As far as I recall he played a lot of serve and volley and was far behind Carlos in terms of making the right decision. He had all the shots at 19, sure, but didn't always quite know how to put them together and when to do whatAlcaraz is the greatest all court player of his era. His drop shots have drip, I'll give you that. He's so well rounded as he can win points from any position on the court. What sets him apart from any other top player in history is how he picks players apart with drip shots. IMO as long as he can stay healthy he's going to be a top 10 player all time as he's that good.
Was 19 year old Nadal's server better than Alcaraz? So much hate on this forum. Im 6'1 in shape, exercise regularly and have opinions.
Nadal's serve > Alcaraz serve
No.Was 19 year old Nadal's server better than Alcaraz?
