All Pros using lead tape?

I don’t think those swing weight specs are totally accurate anymore. Yes there would be players that have static weights/swing weights in that realm that is being cited but I think those numbers have been coming down a bit in the last couple of years. There are some players who are using very low to low swing weights such as Benoit Paire and Nick Kyrgios, whereas Andy Murray and retired player Thomas Berdych and Nicholas Almagro would be right up there for sure. There are quite a few players also going lighter but extended length even if it’s slightly longer.

I noted most of the ATP pros have 340+ swing weights with 330+ static weights.
There are no stock rackets from TW that have similar stats.
....
Are most ATP pros using lead tape to to achieve those swing weights?

ATP pros really use "pro stock" rackets with lesser weight & swingweight from the common just "TW stock" rackets.
So, if you are thinking that ATP pros use some lead, please double or even triple it!
