Are Barricades discontinued?

I haven’t seen a Barricade 2019 or a new Barricade Classic being introduced yet. Are they being killed off? I don’t see any new 2019 adidas shoe with the adiwear 6-month outsole warranty....

SoleCourt Boost takes their place in the lineup. Technically no warranty but my pair came with the Barricade 6 month guarantee hang tag attached and Adidas said they would honor it.

Anyone else got this tag on SoleCourts? I'm buying new shoes but may opt for Resolutions 7 with the warranty.

I eat through my shoes under 6 months. In the off season. Using backup shoes on some ocassionally!

If you google search the Adidas 2020 Team catalog it'll come up and there's both a mens and womens version in there. Men's is grey/green and womens is grey w/ purple tint. Think the look of the Vapor Glove that came out but a bit more bulky (it's a Barricade after all) and without any laces under the shroud. Looks like they've adapted their N3xt L3v3l basketball shoe over to tennis.

The 2020 team catalog I found only had Uber Sonics and a blacked out shoe called future icon. Maybe they removed the page?

Hahah I saw that too and thought I was missing something or maybe that that was new name for Barras! Just nothing there which does arise the suspicion that maybe they are discontinued. Adidas shrinking their tennis lines further???

I forget now which shoes it was but I had a pair once which blacked big toes. I would have to say that the lifting of toenails in a shoe, or jamming them constantly, is right up there on the pain scale... surprisingly up there with eg. concussion / broken ribs for sheers pain and aggravation. My as well go get bamboo and slot it under. So yes you are right...
