Babolat PD OS users

I've been playing with the racquet for last two years and didn't have any arm problems until 2 months ago: both my wrist and elbow hurt a lot after playing with it. I got POG and it helped immensely; I feel like I had a physical therapy after a game with POG. Unfortunately I play much better with babolat.
My strings are Bow Nat Gut at 52 lbs. What's your experience with the racquet? Any arm discomfort? Any set up I can try?

It hurt mine too

I played a year with the PD OS, and my arm started hurting. I then tried a PD standard, and it didn't help.

I ended up going with the O3 tour, and my arm feels better. It still hurts a little, but not as much as after a match with the PD.

I have been playing about 3 months, intense play, with a pure drive standard.

I feel fine.

I am using Prince synthetic gut, possibly 16 or 17, but I dont know what the tension is. I'd say around low 50s. I don't use a dampener and I have it leaded up and heat shrink sleeved.

Maybe you can try the Babolat Aerodrive? There is no oversize, but you have enough skill to use the aerodrive's headsize.

hope it helps

I used a PD standard for about two years and i had never had any pain at all. iv been using a LM prestige for about 3 months now and it been giving me some discomfort on my arm. May be its the weight differance, or how much stiffer it is than a PD. i use babolat super fine 16 at 62.

I used a PD OS for 6 months maybe and I had bad elbow problems. I was playing a lot of tennis though back then and my service motion at the time put a lot of strain on my elbow. I'm now using the PD+ and having no problems. I never knew so many people had problems with the OS or even Babolats in general.

Thanks again guys. I tried both apd (plus and general) and just didn't like them. I have now or getting shortly pog os, warrior os, ki-5, pd+. Quite a few to choose from.
