Best ATP year

All these records

No1e just increase his own record in points to 16 790 (before WTF 2015 he had 5 less points). But this is even more impressive year (I don’t talk about season but about 52 weeks period) then he had before WTF. He made his 16 consecutive final and made 12 titles (had 11 before WTF). He didn’t lose in last 52 weeks before final (or to someone out of top10). His W-L record is 85-5 (was 83-5 before WTF) and he won against 33 top10 players (33-5 records). 42% of all his matches was against top10 rivals.

Best ATP year:
Points: 16 790
Titles: 12 (3 slams, WTF, record 6 masters, ATP500 and ATP250)
Finals 16 (these titles + RG, 2 masters and Dubai)
W-L: 85-5 (33-5 against top10)

Thanks for posting these stats talicnitom. It would also be interesting to see what Fed's were during his best 12 month period.

His overall record in last 52 weeks is 85-5 (90 matches) and against top10, 33-5 (38 matches). 38 is 42% of 90.

And people talk about easy and week rivals to No1e?!

pretty sure Nole's % of matches played vs top 10 vs quite a bit lesser in 2011 , yet, most , if not all acknowledge that competition in 2011 was not easy.

it has to do with how well the top 10 were playing .......

Apart from 1969, I'd have to concede that it was the best, at least statistically.

So the best since 1969.
