Agassi rules the backhand scene. I don't buy it when people say that Safin's backhand is better than Agassi's. Maybe Safin's backhand at its best is more potent than Agassi's, but how often do we see Safin at his best? Agassi's backhand never breaks down on him.

I think the best 2 hander in the ATP is Agassi while the best 1 hander is Sampras. Sampras definitely had the best 1 hander in the business that’s why he won 14 grand slams.
