hey i use the RDX 300 and im wanting to string it with not to crap and not too expensive string i also want good feel and control and not too much power so i'll probably string it at 60+ lb. The rdx 300 is loaded with power so i wont loose it. This is a list my coach showed me of strings that he had available. (Though you may not have tried many of them or even all i would still like your opinion or your liking)

Please pick the best of each group
Sythentic Gut:
Wilson Stamina DT 15L
Wilson extreme synthetic gut spin 15L
Klip Pro singles sythentic gut 15L
Gamma advantage 15L
Head synthetic gut 16, 17, PPS 18
wilson Extreme synthetic gut 17
Gamma synthetic gut 17

Nylons:
Wilson Championship 15L
Prince Accuracy Nylon 15L
Pro zone defender? 15L

Wilson Endura Gold 16L <---

He had many Big Bangers but im looking into spending just a bit less. Tried the Original Rough and really did hated it. i need a more "crisp feel"

Any help is appreciated. thanks

Wilson Extreme 17 is the most playable one on your list, but not the most durable one. You need to know which trait you most need...

As far as nylon strings are concerned, Forten Competition Nylon in 15L or 16 gauge is the most amazing economical string ever. Plays on par, tension retention is very obviously good (right after playing it feels a little tighter than it was strung even), and comes in neon green!

At $17/660 feet it makes 20 sets of MP racquets for me. That's $0.85 a racquet!

I received a reel of pro zone defender 15L with my stringway stringer.

Personally i don't think much of it. It wouldn't be my first choice unless i'd run out of other reels. I used it to practice stringing on. It's basically a throw away string.

Wilson Stamina was just crap imho. I wasn't impressed and cut it out asap.

I really enjoyed playing with gosen protuff 15L and gosen og sheep micro 16 generic reels in a full stringjob.

I've found gosen og sheep micro 16 is fantasic in the crosses. Both gosen reels are very cheap and excellent value. Only downside is they don't have the name branding of prince strings.

I also enjoy both strings. Despite it's thickness, the protuff 15L has some pretty decent feel. I'm still able to volley and hit some sick drop shots with this string. I have reels of protuff 15L, generic Micro 16 and 17. I'm very content with all three strings.

I just ordered a reel of Forten Nylon 16. I'll string up my racquet as soon as I get it and share my thoughts.
