Can anyone other than Djokovic deny Fed #100 in AO at this point?

He did not look his best at WIMBY. He looked solid, however he could have easily lost to JDMP, and his Nole match was a classic, but not played at the highest level.

He looked much better during his decimation of Thiem in the final the month prior (even adjusted for surface).

I disagree with you.
Delpotro only took it to 5th set bcoz Rafa choked badly in 2nd set.. Orelse it would be an easy match..

And Rafa played great in semis versus Novak, infact held set points in set 3..
Had he won 3rd set tie break, match was done and dusted in 4 sets and Rafa was the Wimbledon Champion forsure...

Against Thiem, I didn't even wasted my time on that match fully knowing well in advance that Rafa will thrash him in final.. Come on its RG, its Rafa's house..

If you think about it, if Rafa wins #18 here, he has essentially won #19 as Roland Garros will be a stone cold lock.

It’s impossible to predict the outcome of a tournament that will start in 4 months. Rafa winning RG is not a given, as well as Djoko winning AO.

If Fed plays the way he did against Evans, he will be toast. Tsitsipas is a legitimate player coming up now, he beat Djokovic in Toronto. But also, Tsitsipas won’t be pushed around in desperate comeback attempts by Federer if he has an increasingly frequent stretch of 3-5 games where he just plays poorly.

Fed probably wins and Tsitsipas probably looks star struck but I wouldn’t be shocked if he pulls it off.
