if it wasn't because of his slip on last year's final, he would have already won 7 wimby titles

Maybe...he already has six, but his level has dropped each year. And the only way he would have had seven at this point, GPG, is if he hadn't played Nadal in the final at all last year.

Lol actually I doubt they'll repeat that... cos if they do, it's just not... new any more. Won't be cool. I think Fed will beat Pete's 7 btw.

You mean if it wasn't for Rafa's superiority...

either if it was because Rafa played too good or Roger played too bad. My point is that he was really close to make 6 titles in a row, so I say that Fed will for sure win one or two more wimby titles at least

To be honest, i dont know if that will happen. Despite his recent resurgance, his level is definitely not at 05 - 07 level. IF Nadal is healthy at Wimbledon, he is at least an equal favourite to Fed. Why? Because in 3 years at Wimby, Nadal has only lost to Fed. Twice he choked (in 06 he could of had a 2 sets to 1 lead), and once he won.

Then you have to add on Roddick as a factor, who almost beat him. Then Murray is improving in 5 setters all the time and likes Fed's game
