Hey guys, I just purchased a pair of the cb 2.3 on the bay. Should it come with a 6month warranty card from nike or how does the 6month warranty with nike work? thanks

Unless the Bay seller is an authorized Nike distributor, there is no warranty on the shoes. I remember seeing that shoes purchased from online auction sites are not covered by the warranty.

I usually ask them if they are, and provide a warranty. I also ask about the manufactured date within the tag of the shoe.

You won't be able to claim since you got it from the bay. I don't think there are authorized Nike dealers at bay. Nike might have some agreements that the authorized dealer can't sell it through bay. Maybe you can ask the seller if the seller has original receipt. Possibly the seller bought it from authorized dealer.
I used to sell barricades at bay and told buyers that I will hold original receipts for 6months But none of them ask for the receipt. If you need to claim warranty often, it's not a good idea that you buy shoes from bay. You don't really save money.

I bought my CB 2.3 on bay and was able to get replacement shoes from Nike when upper mesh was tearing after 2 weeks of usage.

I think the warranty is for the outsole warranty so nike might treated the claim as manufacturing faulty of shoes.

couldnt it also be like this
-you buy the 2.3 from a seller anytime during the 6 months
-you wear out the shoes, get the warranty number, and send the shoes back to the seller before the 6 months are up
-the seller sends em to nike, weeks later they get the store credit, they send it to you
- you now have store credit

that seemed like it would work to me lol

So I contacted the seller I purchased the shoes from and they are an authorized Nike dealer in Europe, but they do not have any type of warranty card. How would I go about getting the 6month warranty outsole on my shoes then?
