Clay shoes for Spring/summer season

Hello,

The Spring/summer season is coming and I want to find and buy a new shoes for clay.

I am choosing from Adidas Barricade 7.0 and Asics Gel resolution 5.

The problem is that now I can't see the new edition of Adidas Barricade for clay. Why? Maybe someone have information about these shoes release date and colors?

Also I would like to get opinions, comparisons between Adidas Barricade and Asics Gel Resolution 5.

The main criteria

* Comfort
* Support
* Durability

Why would you care about durability on clay courts? I still have my old Vapor vi's from a while ago to use on clay(though I only play on Har-tru maybe a few times a year).

GR5's feel pretty good on hardcourts from the little time I used them, not sure about clay. It's lighter than Barricades so I would go with that one.

Asics rule....Always used Adidas before but Asics are really, way better

Try an older version first. See items 251231426784 and 251231426785 on the "bay".

My last two shoe purchases have been Asic Gel. I find them most comfortable, roomier than Nike, Prince. If anything they last too long as I like to change style (colors) each year. I have the black (with yellow) and the yellow. If Asics comes out with a new neat color (I don't think they have)then I will stick with my current ones.

I found new colour B7 clay in all blue (white strip) at another us tennis site. You might want to check it out.

I played with the asics today on clay and they worked well go with them

I use Barricades on hard court and was looking for a clay court shoe after being less than happy with the weight of the claycourt version of the Barricade. Have been pleasantly surprised by the performance of the lighter Barricade Team on clay.
