UPDATE: Prince addressed this issue and promptly sent a replacement. Their customer service in this case proved to be extra ordinary. Thank you!
Tried to use the six month outsole warranty on a pair of Prince T9 Roadster shoes. They claim T9 does not have an outsole guarantee and only T22 and Vipers carry a warranty. That's nothing but confusing and disappointing, to
put it mildly. There was a guarantee card in the box of T9 (picture attached) and it clearly mentions the T9 Roadster.
Also the TW produce webpage still claims that the T9 Roadsters are "backed by a six month outsole durability guarantee".

Thanks Prince!! How can a company so blatantly decide not to honor a warranty is beyond me. If there was no documentation would be one thing, but I still have the guarantee card!
