Disappointing Tennis Warehouse Service

I recently ordered a tennis racket on Friday 3/25. When I was ordering it, I selected the 2 day shipping and when I asked someone, they said my racket will be here around Tuesday 3/29. It is now Tuesday 3/29, and I still haven't even got AN ORDER CONFIRMATION with my order number. I called customer service today and they said they have a lot of rackets to be strung and that my racket will not get strung until Thursday!! This is very disappointing, that is way too long to string a racket. I was hoping to get my racket by tuesday/wednesday, but now since my racket wont be strung untill Thursday, it will probably get to my house on Friday or even Monday. I feel like this service is ridiculous and I am not happy with the time I have to wait to get my racket when I ordered two day shipping, since the processing and stringing takes so long.

I didn't even get an order confirmation number.
Here is what the first email said "Thank you for placing your order with Tennis Warehouse! The order below is waiting to be reviewed by our customer service staff. Once your order has been reviewed, you will receive a second email confirmation with your order number within 24 hours."
I never got a second email confirmation. Can you please look into this and maybe speed up the process of my racket? My last name is Yellanki and my billing zipcode is 19702.

I wanted to update you. I have been working closely with Mark Boone to get your order worked out. Again, I am sorry for the delay/issue as something glitchy happened in the system with your order and we are working to smooth it out. I am not sure why you didn't get an order confirmation email (it may have been sent to your spam) but I don't think that is the case. Mark has personally gone to pull your racquet and string it up as I type. We missed the overnight shipping cutoff for today but will have it overnight shipped to you tomorrow so it will arrive on Thursday. We thank you again for placing an order with us and are trying our best to make it right. Mark will send you an email once your racquet is strung up and getting ready to be shipped out.
