Mild disappointment

Let's get this straight, Tennis-Warehouse has and always has been the best when coming to merchandise.

This problem I want to address is that I ordered an order on Last Sunday (prior to Labor Day) and it didn't arrive until Friday via UPS 3 Day. Labor day excluded from shipping dates, the package should have been shipped Tuesday and set to arrive Thursday. I would very much liked to have had my package on Thursday night instead of Friday night.

My concern is mostly on the fact that Tennis-Warehouse didn't get the package delievered to the UPS center until 5:53 on Tuesday, making the delievery one day longer. I ordered this order through the phone expecting the same delievery date (through UPS 3 Day) as the one listed on the website for an order ordered on Sunday afternoon which was Thursday the 8th. It did not come.

I've had this problem with TW before. I complained to TW and they actually changed the wording of their shipping policy because of it. This was a couple years ago. The scenario I went through was: I order things on a Tuesday via 2 day shipping, and it took TW two days just to ship so now it is Thursday, and you can guess when I received the package.... Monday.

I can see TW is a busy place and occasionally they get backed up with orders, but yeah it's disappointing to not get your strings when needed.

Sorry for the confusion but you would have had to use UPS 2 Day instead of 3 Day to get a package shipped Tuesday to arrive on Thursday instead of Friday. The day of shipment doesn't count as a transit day so three days after Tuesday is Friday. It does seem like a long time for an order placed Saturday but the holiday does complicate things That pickup time isn't a factor as our arrangements with UPS allow for even later pickups.
