I've ordered from TW in the past and they've been great! I never had a bad experience with them until now.
I ordered a KPro Open racket in a 4 3/8 grip with a KPro Black 6 pack bag on the 16th of February (Saturday). When I initially made the order the racket was out of stock but said they'd get more in on the 18th (Monday). I was excited cause with the 2nd day shipping I would get it by 21st (Thursday) at the latest.
So the 18th (Monday)comes and no update. 19th (Tuesday) same deal. On the 20th (Wednesday) I check again and the date that TW was supposed to get the KPro Open was changed from the 18th to the 20th. I so I figure they'd gotten the racket, strung it up for me and would ship it out the next day.
21st (Thursday) rolls along and no update. I check the afternoon of the 22nd (Friday) and no update. I checked again late that evening and the date TW was supposed to get the racket in stock got pushed again to 22nd. D'oh! At this point the fustration kicks in, but that's fine because maybe they'll get it out by the 23rd (Saturday) and I'd get it by 26th (Tuesday).
So I check for an update on Saturday and the racket is finally in stock but still hasn't been shipped out! OMG! I just got fustrated and decided not to check for a couple of days.
Now it's Wednesday and I check for an update. The shipment is finally in my town out for delivery. With my luck I probably won't be home when the UPS guy is there to deliver it and I'll have to drive out to the UPS place later on tonight and pick it up myself.
I was thinking about writting to customer service and complaining or trying to get a discount or something to compensate me for the time I've had to wait, but I guess there is no point and I don't want to make a mountain out of a mole hill. I guess I'm just posting this threat here to vent some steam. I'm pretty sure I'll still deal with TW, but next time something like this happens I'll try to be more proactive as far as calling customer service and stuff. I just hope there is nothing wrong with the stuff I ordered.
