Sinner all the way.. Been a bumpy ride so far though. Hope he brings on Becker, Federer, Pete, Agassi, someone with some dang success to fix that atrocious freakin serve though. Thats my guy though.. I think he has the goods, he just has to fix the serve.
I like Med too but hes already getting up there in age. at almost 28 Not sure long he lasts. Hes blown alot of years with underachieving at slams

Medvedev's just as bad "gifting" Nadal his 2nd AO last season! IMO that was worse since Rafa's on his way out and Med had defeated Novak a few times already! That was a complete choke job that's unforgiveable to this day IMO!

If the Spanish player won it, he would have dispatched the Russian in 4 sets.
For Nadal, Medvedev is a rival that he can dominate with some ease, as was demonstrated weeks later in Acapulco.

No. There was tennis that day. Both players deserved to win. Djokovic won that day.
RG '21 was sad and pathetic, both players taking turns at being mugs. Nobody deserved to win that day. Tsitsipas lost that day.

Korda's still trying to live down that colossal choke dropping that match to Rafa up 2 breaks in the 3rd set in IW's IIRC! Fritz is another one droppin huge lead to Rafa at Wimbledon! That cost him a ton of points and a quarter of a Mil. $$'s!

I am temporarily a fan of Rune but if he doesn't start winning in an year or 2 I will abandon him, I like winners, no time to be a fan of people who don't win enough or inspire enough ..... So I'll have to evolve away from Tennis if there is nobody in the future because Alcaraz is annoying and Sinner is ewwww.
Been a tennis fan for a long time now, witnessed a full era of big 3, so if next era does not seem attractive enough though then it is time to do better things in life.

Once Djokovic retires I take a break from actively watching tennis and follow results. Will wait for another year or 2 to decide between the remaining players. Current chances are of Rune, Alcaraz and Sinner ofcourse. One more good player is there in the mix - Sebastian Korda. So ya 2-3 years of wait to decide.
