Bogdan Obradovic Serbian Davis Cup team Coach said in the interview for Spain newspapers (which was translated and publish in Serbian newspapers as well) that Novak finally started to eat meat. He blamed his vegan diet and influence of Pepe for his bad form this year. He said that even little changes in tennis, like changing your racket can affect your game drastically and that Novak changed his whole routine and diet and that affected him badly. He also said that Novak was more meditating then practicing and that he is his own enemy, he added that he has nothing against meditation but that you also have to go to practice and hit the ball million times as well.

He said that he had a problems with pepe because of Novaks diet but he didn't elaborate more on that. He mention that Michael Phelps loves to eat his grandmas food and after he sets Worlds records.

They asked him what kind of relationship he has with Novak - and he answered that Uncle Tony asked him exactly the same question, then he continued to say that he created conflict with Novak in the hope to wake him up. He said that Novak knows that he loves him and he want the best for him. He also told Novak that there is no tennis court or locker room in this world that he can hide from him. he said that he will always tell Novak exactly what he thinks and will not pretend.

They asked him what he thinks about Novak saying that he wants to spend more time with his family now, he said that Federer also has family and he is still able to produce top level tennis so that Novak should find balance. On the end hi said that Novak got off the path he was on and now he is lost in the forest

Djokovic 3.0 to sweep the clay masters + RG & winning the CYGS in 2018 confirmed

Obradovic denies article, saying the Spaniards have mistranslated it all. He says talking about Djokovic's diet or conflicts just before match with Spain is not in his manner.

Did he look less skinny today than he did in the previous few tournaments or is that just my wishes playing with my eyes?

Quite decent performance overall from the bits I watched, one more match like that in two days and it's a guaranteed, nice semifinal result. Looking forward to the clay season.

Haven't seen Guru Pepe for a while. Anyone know if he is still on the team or have they quietly gone their seperate ways?

Thanks for these

Man, really impressed with Troicki today - you never know what kind of form he'll show on the day but he brought it and dismantled PCB. 2-0 Serbia, and this tie should be in the bag now
Me too, such great playing , BH, FH, return , great volleys, was bossed poor Carreno from the first point.

Viktor trashed PCB:eek:
I was amazed by the result as well. Busta is in the top 20, having an impressive year so far. Great win.

Better watch them now, there is always danger of these videos getting removed.

Yeah, Troicki is known for some chokes in the past but he usually gets up when playing for the country. His win in 2010 DC final 5th match over Llodra, the guy who beat Djokovic just a month or so earlier, is still one of his finest ever performances.

Beware Rafa

Rafa is not a threat for Nole. Nole should hire me because I can play like Kyrgios and Federer when I am at my best and I play like Murray when I am at my worst. I can play like Querrey when I use a Babolat racquet and I wear glasses like Istomin. Do you hear that Nole? A complete package here. Call me please Nole. Amor y Paz.

That's true but Kyrgios has to beat Djokovic at a major in best of five for it to really mean something moving forward.

Totally disagree. He beat him at a Masters 1000 which Nole fans tout to the sky as being "practically majors." What other young gun has even beaten Novak once, never mind back to back in two weeks? Of course this is MASSIVE for Nick ini terms of "moving forward." As for majors, I think most discerning people would pick Nick to beat Novak at Wimbledon and he will not need 5 sets to do it.
