I watched Federer after but that's it.They must have played a late match because I didn't look any results after Djokovic's match yesterday, or I just didn't notice. Surprise result really.

Serbinator has totally certain 269 weeks at No. 1 position, after win over Busta in Cincinnati, which means that Serbinator will surpass Jimmy Connors in the number of weeks spent in 1st place.

She counted on the very theoretical options, so Nadal would have played the ATP 250 tournament at the last minute instead of the Laver Cup in the week of September 16 - September 22 if he had a chance of profit No. 1 position. This scenario is very unlikely, but cannot be ruled out statistical aspect.I think she is wrong he cant lose it before 14 of october cause Fedr & Nadal next tournament after the USO is Shanghai

My sentiments exactly.Djoker in his quarter at this year's USO will have one of the four players 5-8 - Zverev, Nishikori, Tsitsipas or Medvedev. Hopefully, that Medvedev will be placed into other quarter of the draw, because he with his game can cause problems Djoker.
If he plays enough and well after USO and during it, it doesn't matter at all. And he is 32, he can't play like Medvedev does, 20 matches in 20 days, or something like that. Its crazy.I Have had enough of his playing 4,5 Tournaments a Year. Resting Resting then playing a Torunament once every couple of month, then some player gets hot and knocks him off. He has won like 3 Tournaments this year. Back in the days he would have been 6 or 7 by now. Moreover,Nadal is like ahead of him in the race.
More invention here.Humidity in New York this year is going to be a problem. Forecast is even worse than last year and that caused problems for Djokovic a couple of times.
I may have been looking at the wrong thing. If what you say is true, that's great news.More invention here.
Post a long range forecast of NYC which shows this. In fact, the forecasts show diametrically opposite of this. Humidity was in the 90's last year and every forecast shows humidity in the 60's next week and beyond.
Go ahead, post a link to a forecast for Queens next week showing what you invented.
Check this one out.

And sorry if I came on too strong or negatively.I may have been looking at the wrong thing. If what you say is true, that's great news.
There's plenty of time for revenge when a grand slam isn't on the line. I'd rather Medvedev get taken out by Fognini. Will get tougher from QF onwards ....Want Medvedev there and I want revenge..One step at a time..
What did he say? I could not get to the link.
Boris Becker and Srdjan Djokovic, the 16-time Grand Slam winner's father, once claimed Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer are false friends. The Serbian player clarified it's all good between him and the Swiss. "We have a very good relationship.
We respect each other. Ok, we are not friends, we do not have dinner together. We are colleagues, rivals. It's difficult to be friends when you compete on a court." Djokovic believes you cannot pick the greatest player ever for a simple reason: "You cannot compare tennis 50 years ago and now.
Laver, McEnroe, Connors, Lendl. They played with wooden rackets, it was a different kind of tennis: rhythm, whole Tour. Who knows how good would those players be now? Rafael Nadal became even more complete, he started playing an unbelievable tennis too."

Article from the official US Open website:
Novak Djokovic aiming for all-time Grand Slam record
Novak Djokovic's 16 Grand Slam titles trail Roger Federer's 20 and Rafael Nadal's 18, but the Serb's recent form has him quickly making up the ground. Winner of four of the last five majors, the 32-year-old has something else on his side: he's also the youngest of the three.
After cautioning that he still has a long way to go, Djokovic made it clear that the historic record is in his sights.
"It does put a certain level of responsibility to me, as well, because I am aiming to do that," he said at a Saturday press conference at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. "It's definitely one of my ambitions and goals, if you want.
"Especially now, more or less everything is about Grand Slams, in terms of how I see tennis and how I approach them because they matter the most."
His victory over Federer in the Wimbledon final, in which he saved two match points on the Federer serve, could go a long way towards the final tally; instead of the Swiss stretching his lead to six, the Djoker cut the gap to four.
“Roger hopes to inspire people to keep going at 37,” Djokovic said at the Wimbledon trophy ceremony. “I’m one of them."
Surely meant as a compliment to the Swiss legend, it was also a threat of sorts. The Serb enters this US Open fortnight as a strong favorite to claim his 17th major title, for very good reason. Beyond his scintillating form of the past 14 months, Djokovic has been incredibly consistent at the US Open. Since 2007, he has never lost before the semifinals here; his resume includes three semifinal runs, five final appearances and three titles in that span.
Federer, meanwhile, has struggled in New York of late, losing in the quarterfinals and the Round of 16 the last two years.
"I personally have enjoyed lots of success and have been blessed to play well on these courts here in the US Open, especially the Arthur Ashe," Djokovic said when asked to explain the discrepancy between the pair's recent results in New York. "I have not lost too many matches in my career playing night session, and a lot of matches that I get to play in Arthur Ashe are night sessions. So I really do enjoy that loud atmosphere that happens in there."
The pair has met six times at the US Open—five straight years from 2007-11, and again in 2015—splitting the spoils at three apiece. Drawn in the same half of the draw for 2019, they could play in this year's semifinals with history on the line once again.
That's a great story.Serbinator touched an audience in Cincinnati, where he provided a life experience to little Joel:
Joel was diagnosed with Grade 4 neuroblastoma in just 10 days of life, therefore cancer.
It is an embryonic malignant tumor of early childhood, based on nerve tissue cells. Since Joel suffered from fourth grade, he needed a bone marrow transplant to survive at all. But not only did he survive. He even cured himself and on Thursday became the main star before the Novak Djokovic match with Pablo Carreno-Busta at the Cincinnati tournament.
“I met him before joining the court. We walked together and I tried to make him feel comfortable. I know what it meant to him that he was on the court in front of so many people, and for me it was just a small gesture to feel good, ”said Djokovic, who sat the little boy on his bench and ran out for a drink shortly .
