Does a prostock frame really matter?

I used to have a couple of similar Al frames in my bag that I'd hit with every once in a great while just for the heck of it. I eventually had to throw them out because they ended up twisted. I never really liked them though as I don't like flexible frames at all. I hate, hate, hate that feeling of "collapse" as I hit. It is ironic though that I use the Dunlop 200 series. Most consider them flexible and I do occasionally feel them flex. I guess a teensy tiny bit of flex is what I like? lol

I still have three Head Pros, a Dunlop Maxply Fort, Bancroft Players Special and a Spaulding Natural. They do wobble like mad after using a modern frame but they are still playable if you really watch the ball. One nice thing about small frames is the sweetspot is higher so you can have a higher contact point on the serve.
