Exercise and Tennis

I’ve traveled a lot for my job this year. Lots of all nighters. Lots of booze. My wife got me some sessionswith a personal trainer who is kicking my ass we’ll beyond where I’d like but I’m the one asking.

Since I’ve started my fledgling tennis skills have become non existent. I have no feel in my body. No swing control, lots of rips at the ball only to frame it.

When I’ve got energy, the game gets better, but I only feel good on Monday’s. Every other day I’m lethargic.

Hopefully as my musculature begins to rebuild after 7 months of neglect that Monday feeling goes longer.

Sound to me you still need to build up your cardio! But for hitting the ball in the sweet spot, I recommend a few private lesson with a tennis instructor to feed you balls and tell you what happening to your swing and body position.
