I am getting a Exo Tour 3 16 x 18. I want an arm friendly string setup, not overly powerful and good for spin. I am considering tcs, tourbite/nvy hybrid or xi biphase full bed among others. Please give your recommendation on these setups or any other invluding tension to be used. Thanks

Mikeler has is right. RIP Control is arm friendly and not overly powerful (compared to strings with a similar level of comfort).You can probably get away with midrange plus 2lbs, but you may need to do some trial and error to get the right feel. Tour Bite is on the firm side, so I'd be inclined to cross it with something softer, like Isospeed Professional. Tension both M's and X's lower than midrange. I think RIP Control is a great place to start!
