Foam in handle

Has anyone ever removed the foam from the handle of a Wilson frame? I'd like to put silicone in the handle, but it's filled with foam. Is it hard to remove?

thanks

It's tedious, but not particularly difficult. I opted for stabbing and scraping with a flat head screwdriver until the foam broke up and came out.

Once you've got an empty void, you can push a cotton ball down to limit how far the silicone will go.

I think removing foam is as easy as removing Blu-Tack, foam is much more softer. However, the foam sticks to the cavity of the handle so...

Exactly what I did with a Blade 98S. I easily added 20g of silicone, which then proved a little too much. I scraped some of the silicone out using the same method and got a nice balance with about 12g of silicone in there and still lots of space.
