Good Pronation Drills?

I can pronate well early in my matches, and as I get fatigued I lose my muscle memory in my serve and lose my ability to pronate and a lot of my serves end up as horrible slice-type serves.

Any good drills or tips to keep my pronation up there as games get longer?

Pronation should come naturally with a continental grip. You shouldn't really have to be forcing yourself to do it.

So...what grip do you use for serves?

Continental, but as the match continues. I'm slicing it more, and getting less power and accuracy but a lot more action on it.

Which might mean you're hitting it late or tossing a little more to the side.

Just try to remember to keep tossing out in front at about 1'o'clock, and swing your arm THROUGH it. Not around or on the side, which produces the spin. The pronation will come naturally.

Keep your Conti grip and try bouncing the ball down against the ground or put the ball on the floor and try to do the ball pick up thingy where you hit on top of the ball, again using the Conti grip. Both practices force you to pronate.

Keep trying to contact the ball at 9 o`clock on the racket face.Think u can remember that? But do not toss the ball too much to the right when u do that or u`ll hit a perfect slice. The swing path got to be forward n down.
