Write them off?? If Monfils and Del Potro are "only" 20 like you claim what the hel are they doing in slam SF???

Malavia got a slm F when Krjajicek took out Sampras and Stich, Becker withdrew with a wrsit injury. Enqvist got to a slam F, in slam Sampras didn;t even play. Korda was lucky, but also has a slam, anc 2 Qf I thnik. Still ahed of Blake, Ljubicic an a lot of other from this era.

But it's nice to see you'e comparing top 10 players of this gen to fringe players of Pete's era, good work. Keep digging that hole. What's next????

Those fringe players in Pete's era were half of the guys to take the QF spot at RG for like 7 years.

Those fringe players were whose who were one of the 8 best on clay that year. At least they were at the biggest stage on clay.

Those fringe players decided the SF spot in 7 years in a row. Those are 30 journeyman who would've have troubled Federer and Nadal may be?

The only good(great) clay courters Kuerten (2 times past the 4th round in the 90's), Bruguera(3 times), Muster (2 times), Courier (3 times past 4th round). I find it hard to imagine that Federer will lose all the time and never win RG.

So 10 of the 56 places in seven years were occupied by Kuerten/Courier/Muster/Bruguera. What were the other 46? The great clay courter Kafelnikov or Moya who Federer beats for fun on clay even not in his prime? And is 7-0 against Moya, the first win came in 99 on HC's(Fed turned pro 98).

Courier would be the best matchup for Federer imo. With that majestic backhand? Relying on his physique to grind out matches, to outgrind Federer who is the fittest guy on tour? Sure why not...

And what were they doing playing SF's young? Well how dare they. How dare Pete to be playing and winning slams in his yearly 20's, same goes for Agassi...

Prominent claycourters in the 90's. Muster, Courier, Agassi, Brugera, Kerten, Kafelnikov and Moya.
THIS ERA: Nadal and....?????

Hardcorters..... Agassi, Becker, Rafter, Courier, Chang
THIS ERA: Roddick, Hewitt and......????

Grasscourter....... Becker, Inanisevic, Rafter, Henman, Stich, Philippoussis
THIS ERA..... Nadal, Roddick and.....?????

But wait I hate Federer now. Isn't it what this translates too???

Lok at your nonsense. Courier 3 times past the 4th rd of RG in 1990's. he won it twice, a F a SF and a QF, but that ammounts to 3?!? You can't even count, lie and make up info.

Bruguera 3 times... 1993, 94 95 and 1997, But that also eqautes 3 times.

Kuerten (2 times) But in 1997, 1999 and 2000 he was QF or better.

Agassi also 5 times in the 90;s (QF or better), Kafelnikov (4 times).

But now we're resorting to lying.Keep diggin that hole. What's next???

did you missed the part 93-99?
Who apart from Bruguera(4 times, typo), Kuerten (2 times), Courier (3 times) was in the finals at RG?

Care to explain what all the other draw fillers did?

Berasategui,Larsson,Dreekmann, Goran, Furlan, Voinea, Karbacher, Stich, Krajicek 2 times, Rosset, Blanco, Arazi 2 times, Rafter, Norman, Dewulf 2 times, Pioline, Meligheni, Hrbaty.
Those ones?

Weren't the clay court competition so deep and hard.

Those were the deep competition?

Would you think that Courier is a better player than Federer on clay? How do you think both would match up, given Federer's strengths and weaknesses?
