Help in selecting Wilson ROK successor!

I currently play with the Wilson Pro Staff Rok 93 and am looking to try out a racket with a little more power/heft, without sacrificing much touch/control. Looking for a recommendation on what might be a good racquet for me.

My racket history for reference of what types of racquets I'm used to (racquet/ages):
Pro Kennex Black Ace 10-13
Yamaha Secret 6 13-15
Slazenger 64 (?) 15-16
Wilson Pro Staff 6.1 Classic 16-23 (I lent it to a friend who left it on the train!)
I ended up buying the Rok as a replacement, which at the time I thought would be close to what I was used to.

I play is alright with it and I love the control, but I feel like the pace of my serves and stability in returning hard-paced serves could be better and I have to be a little too perfect with my strokes or my forehands can fly. Also, my backhand isn’t as powerful as it used to be. I don’t generate the same racquet speed from that side. I’m going to be playing the most I have now since high school (now 31) so I want to have the best stick for my game. I've basically been counter-punching/getting everything back, and have just had to pick my spots for hitting out for when I get sitters or am “on.”

I read through tennis-warehouse and a few racquets might be worth trying out:
Avery M3 Power
Head Flexpoint Instinct
Head MicroGEL Extreme Pro
Babolat AeroPro Control or Drive
Dunlop M-Fil 200
Open to any brand (Yonex RDS, Volkl, etc.) Does anyone have any thoughts/recommendations? Am I looking for the right specs?

I also read how a lot of ROK users placed lead tape to customize, but I’d rather not get involved with that.

Appreciate any recommendations/advice.

Thanks.

Try the n tour 2 95

My doubles partner went from the ROK to the nProStaff 95. The frames look as if they come from the same mold but of course with different layups. He now uses a Wilson nTour 2 95. He found that it gives him a little more pop than the ROK or n Pro Staff. That divorce lady hits a pretty fair backhand with it.

mattachless,

If -- and only if -- you like the BlackAce ...

Give the PK Redondo a try.

I used to play the Black & the ROK and ended up with the Redondo 93.

For more info on the Redondo, please check the link in my signature.

BTW, The Avery Control is one thing I'm keep my eyes on.

I went from the ROK to the nBlade. Now I went to the k90. But what I felt what was really close to the old ROK was Tecnifibre tFight 335. Really nice stick with the same flex rating and it comes in a 18x20 version! Although I did prefer the more open string pattern. That was my only complaint with the ROK was lack of spin on serves. Had a horrible kick serve.

If the k90 proves to be too much, which so far it hasn't, I will go to the tFight 335.

Thanks

It's possible some of you just listed other models that will play similarly to the Rok. I am curious to try out a few players frames that offer a tad more power without sacrificing too much control.

Appreciate those that responded. Any more demo suggestions welcomed.

Another vote for the Volkl Tour 10 Gen II. Might want to give the C10 Pro a look as well.

I actually went from a leaded-up ROK (370 g) to a trimmed-bumper Volkl Tour 10 Gen I MP (320 g), but I would switch to the Gen II, which swings a really easy 340 g, in a heartbeat if I had to.
