Hey guys I havent played in quite sometime! So I'm outta the loop on strings, I don't have a clue whats worth buying or whats hot around the tennis world nowadays. But when I played I was an all poly guy, mainly pro hurricane tour and cyberflash is what i was using when I quit. But I'm gonna string up all 5 of the sticks! 2 mfil 300s and 3 ag 300s. These are what I'm lookin at:

Lux Savage 16
Technifbre Ruff Code 17
Tourna Poly big hitter blue rough 17
Prince Beast XP 17
Dunlop Black Widow 17
PHT 17 (cause I know I like it)

But any advice, input, reviews, etc would be nice on how they play and stuff. And also any news on the dunlop polys like juice? if its worth trying

Thanks in advance yall

Weiss Cannon is one of the hot strings (on this forum), particularly Scorpion and B5E (Silverstring is really soft for a poly, but not as highly thought of as the other two, it would seem).

MSV co-focus in a hybrid has gotten rave reviews for spinniness.

Silverstring is far better overall than B5E, but in hybrid form, B5E mains come alive much like CoFocus crosses. Not the other way around or in full, however!

Signum Pro makes excellent poly - tornado 17G textured, and hyperion 17G smooth are moderately priced by the reel and they play great. Also, better tension retention for poly. Tecnifibre and Signum Pro are both very good and hold tension very well.

Kirschbaum Pro Line II is also a good smooth poly.

i wanna say I tried a kirschbaum pro line awhile back when I was playing competitively. Not sure if it was II though. I'll do some checkin around

Tourna BHBR!!!! I have played with Babolat Rpm Blast, Hurricane, MSV Focus Hex, and other random strings and random polys, i play the best with BHBR by far!

Yes but buying Tornado in Europe will save you a bundle!

I have yet to find a string that works better for me in easily generating a ton of topspin than Solinco Tour Bite. Try it the next time you order, it's awesome!
