Can't think of any others. I've seen Fed, Sampras and Roddick hit 3 in a row to start a match. Crowd usually got really disappointed when the 4th wasn't an ace, haha...

Correct, even the opponent should leave the ball even on the second serve to escape the crowd's wrath
I have seen few players hit 4 aces in a row in a match few times like for instance Fed has done it few times, last one i believe was in Wimbledon 2014 final , i reckon Novak did it in Beijing 2012, but it seems to me this match is the singular case where a player started the match with four aces. Awesome, no better way to intimidate your opponent, Boris has the bragging rights of it

There is one video for the whole match though, but it is not that clear @360p, but still enjoyable. I downloaded it yesterday, you dont get such videos easily.
If you like this match then i suggest another great 5 setter between these two greats, Stuttgart 1996 Final.

Stuttgart is the one Becker won and WTF Sampras won right? WTF final was epic.

Yup. In WTF final Becker won more points, i think the final points tally was something 216-201 in favour of Becker. The match had it all, great serving, passing shots, awesome baseline play and great volleys from two volley masters
I think after losing to Becker in Stuttgart, Pete had remarked that Boris was the best indoor player at that time. It was a great and gracious comment from Pete considering Pete was at his best at that time.

Rusedski also actually had a match with 5 consecutive double-faults (against Youzhny) once.
He trailed 3-1 after three double faults in his first service game and two more in his second.

Good call. Coria also DF 6 times in one service game against Kiefer in their MC 06 encounter, and still held, lol. The King of DFs.

Fed hit seven aces in a row in a Brisbane match last year, but I don't think he's ever started a match with an all-ace game. Was looking for something like that, and came across this gem instead - that match was memorable for a lot of other reasons, but this is pretty staggering in and of itself!
