How do I fix this...

I just strang my Wilson Blade V9 and grommets in right bottom looks like can't fit to the holes.
Any idea what causes that and how to fix it;;;

I bet dollars to donuts that bottom grommet that goes through the yoke is not pulled all the way through causing the edge there to lift.

On first stringing especially in that area I hold the grommet to the frame with my finger while it pulls tension
