132 is pretty light. How tall are you? Are you sure you don't want to
gain any weight?
funny how things change. I'm around 5'11"-6' and you can disregard that statement about not gaining any weight. I weigh 136 now and have gone up to 190 but have COMPLETELY plateaued both in the weight gaining and the bench increasing. About a week after that post, I got up to 190 and just have been stuck here ever since. I'm trying to vary my workout by focusing a bit more on higher reps and slowly increasing the weight instead of my usual pyramid up and down chart, but I just feel so... stuck :/ It really sucks.
Workout (MWF): bench 3x8 normal + 2x6 wide grip, military press 3x8, curls 3x8, dips 2x25, chin-ups to failure.
