Never really was a Sampras fan and didn't like how he treated Chang and when I saw him unexpectedly didn't say anything to him. When Mark Gastineau happened to visit my friend's business I spoke with him and got a personally signed autograph. I grew up a NY Jets fan so it made sense to speak with him. Often when you see a celebrity we are never sure if it's really them. People that I've seen unexpectedly are Wade Boggs (MLB batting champion 5 times) , Dave Murray (guitarist of Iron Maiden-I did meet Bruce Dickinson later on and shook hands), Robert Plant (not sure if it was him at the village but likely was).

Roger Federer being confused with Nadal was quite funny but mild fans often confuse one celebrity with another.

Person that I had a chance to interview that I regret not interviewing was Holly Holm (she was the MMA fighter that beat Rousey).

Kyrgios would get roasted without a doubt, don't really hate any other players...Maybe Z if the allegations are true which they felt so at the time.
I think getting roasted is better than the Boston Red Sox fans old routine of pretending to be NY Yankee fans. They often ask for an autograph from a NY Yankee then rip it up. Derek Jeter had it done to him several times and he was often the nicest guy to meet in the NY Yankees as told by my former brother-in-law.

Jeter's reputation could not be further from what you are describing. He would very frequently reject autograph requests. Although to his credit when I met him at a book signing as a kid, he was nice.

Lets say you dislike/hate Djokovic but tomorrow you happen to find him clicking selfies with public, will you also join in and click a selfie or will you ignore him or will you go to him and say bad things to him ?

Same for Federer and Nadal too, lets say you hate them / dislike them, will you click selfies in person or abuse them in person ?

What would be your course of action?
I dislike Djokovic's antics. He's very good when you meet him in person. Very engaging. I have pictures and selfies with him already.

I would not like to meet Nick Kyrgios. He's a tosser.

My former brother-in-law was a big Yankee fan (I hated the Yankees) and worked at a company that was contracted to do work for the team. He was advised not to ask for autographs or take pictures, but he did speak with all the players. With the exception of one rude player (recently added to the team) all the players were cordial. The player who spoke the longest and was friendliest with him was Jeter who joked that if he was the guy who he constantly hears cheering." Of course, that is just one example.

Many Celebs/athletes don't like to sign autographs since people are now selling them online and making $$$ off it and prefer to sign only for charity. However, I've seen examples of celebs not always being the most amicable. I've met a few that were respectful to me, but didn't have the best reputation with dealing with the public. Often it depends on their mood and the nature of the encounter. Having dinner with their family or at an airport might not be the most ideal setting compared to a meet and greet, book signing, or a charity event.
