Because, he is still playing well and beats almost everyone except djokovic.He can play for at least two more years and win few more titles.If he retires, it would very much affect the quality of tennis.And he might be believing that he hasn't won up to his calibre.There might be another reason that is his sponsorship.If he retired, it would heavily affect his sponsorship value where he is in the top.
