I think now I know the inspiration for the TGT 345.1 mold

The TGT 345.1 is a wider and longer version of the Prestige Graphene Rev Pro mold. The differences are the caps and the string pattern, and possible, the layup .

Look at the similarities between the molds.

In fact, I heard a rumor that in 2002, Roger Federer tested a Premier Tour, but ended up with the PS 90, which had previously been offered to Sampras.

Well, I know that to my eye, the TGT 345.1 mold doesn't look anything like the PT57a. Neither with the PT57e

I think the throat shape is more similar to the PT-10

I even thought that Head would do something similar with the H19.

But I think they were based on Graphene Rev Pro, which has the same thickness as the beam

Just like PS 97, it has something to do with 6.1 and H22

But I think this is all normal, there is no original mold. One mold is the basis for another

come on Dan we all started somewhere with this obsession but I imagine having to sort through all these uninformed threads gets tiring.

is it a weird idea to have a dedicated thread for you to be able to answer questions in one spot? with your access and knowledge you could share on your own time and convenience. we would all stand to gain and learn from your convos with Head racquet development folks. I promise I won't ask if you brought up releasing TK346 to the public each time ;)
