Ivo wins 2nd title out of 3 finals on 3 surfaces

Karlovic def. Clement 3-6,6-4,6-4!!!!!!!!!!!! No tiebreaks. Amazing job by Ivo. Had he won the 3rd set tiebreak vs Andy Murray in the finals in February he would have 3 titles on 3 surfaces now this year. Two out of three ain't bad.

Back to top 50 ranking for Ivo and guaranteed to finish the year at least 50th since he has no points to defend. He should be well into the top 30 in the points race too.

Now c'mon and win a couple of rounds at Wimbledon!!

Ivo's becoming more than just a serve & his stats indicated that he was returning well & I liked the fact that the win was not due to tiebreaks. He won it fair and square. And I bet with this confidence his stammer has improved. Good for Ivo.

Karlovic is so talented. I think his serve is even better than Sampras. If only he could hit a decent Forehand and move as well as Sampras... He's improving though, that's good news.
