He beated Thiem twice in Abu Dhabi and just lost to an inform Djokovic and Wawrinka, that's not what I call playing bad. I think he will make it to the 1/8 at least.

I think he has a much better chance than either Stan or Murray, who obviously have the greater careers and experience. If Fed or Murray can't win the AO this year, I would love a Karen-Basilashvili final. Both of those guys should have some big results and wins, they're really good.
