How do they compare? Which one is better?
Overall stats While Karlovics level of competition fluctuates, he is a far worse tennis player than Isner, yet has better first serve won stats. Briefly glancing at the return stats of challenger players, they aren't neccesarily worse than ATP ones at returning his first serve (the differences between tennis players tend to be consistency more than quality).
Disguise Hard to tell to the laymen but Karlovic definately disguises his ball toss well, and I suspect Isner does too. A tie?
Technique - This I will leave to you guys.
Precision - Who hits the spots/lines better? Going by their ace count per matches, Isner is currently ahead but Karlovics is getting old and always had the advantage here historically over Isner. Would have to give this to Karlovic by a surprisingly small margin going by the historical stats.
Serve power- I will leave this to you guys as well having seen more matches.. What is the average first serve speed of Isner and Karlovic respectively?

Karlovic aced more overall matches betwen the two, even per first serve ( sometimes lower procentages first serves but still more aces) indicating superior first serve.
