22 year old Nelly Korda last week ascended to at least the front door of the Pantheon of golf when she won the LPGA, one of the major titles of the women's tour. Her brother Sebastian has won one title, the Emilia-Romagna Open, played the week immediately preceding the French Open when the more talented players are resting for the big event

I said it before about Ruud. Sometimes these young players with a mentor who has been on tour have very good understanding of what's happening on court, which gives them a leg up over their peers.

But that alone is not enough. They have to feel it in their bones. Korda can't keep looking to his box all the time.
