Last shoes you "stocked up" on?

For me it's the Adidas Harden 4s (a basketball shoe that I use for basketball and HC tennis) and the Adidas Ubersonic 3s (the best clay shoe since the Adidas Climacool feather imo).

Asics Gel Resolution 7s fit my feet perfectly. I tend to buy them while they're on sale and this is my third pair.

November '21 update: bought another pair of GR7s on sale after finding the GR8 won't fit my feet. The colorway is even different than my other three pair.

Nike Air zoom cage 3’s. Shoes really fit my foot good, and for me personally the traction and durability is great. I don’t know how to slide on hard court, so no real slipping problems unless I get my ankles broken haha.

For me it’s the ZC3. I have at least 8 pairs of them, rotating 2 for now. Going to wait for the ZC4 to go on the 1st discount on Nike to stock up on those too.
Same, have 2 of my Cage 3 left, gonna be interesting when it's time to switch to something new

A lot of love for the ZC3's.

The original cages are still one of the all-time GOAT shoes for me.

I know cosmetics shouldn't play into things too much, but the cage 3s were definitely one of the best looking shoes.

I'm 68 and i bought 4 pair of Kirklands and they doubled or tripled in price(I paid 14-16 bucks delivered).....with my gel inserts and orthotic arch supports I'll hopefully never have to buy another pair of overpriced fab colored shoes of the moment....and they have leather uppers and great support...anybody else?

Ah yes, the Air Max Cage Breathe II. The best Cage from Nike. I would put the Air Max CB2.3 as in 2nd place. The fit was snugged in that one with the ATCIII homage design.

I love the look of the cage 3’s as well as the original air max cage from 2013.

I had slight trouble switch to the ZC4 because of the sole. i wish Nike carried over the plastic shank in the middle from the ZC3 to the ZC4. It would’ve made the ZC4s better imo.
Yeah I tried them on in store and it felt like a different shoe all together. I wish they would release some sort of version of Rafa's ZC4s. But they do look slick I'll give them that!

I bought three pair (at one time) of Nike Air Oscillates. They were on closeout of a "Christmas Edition." They were silver and black in color so, as a Raiders fan, I was loving them on a number of levels!

A couple of years later, I bought some Reeboks that, in hindsightI think, may have been on sale for the wrong price. Everywhere else they were forty to fifty when on sale. This day, they were on sale for thirty bucks. I bout the last six pair that they had in my size.

amazed to see love for the Ubersonic 3. Really like them too, and it might be because I play 90% on clay. I love to take big controlled slides. They do need some break in of the elastic upper though.

I wouldn’t say I stocked up, but I do have a fresh pair waiting in their box for when the current pair needs to go.

Agree. Ubersonic 3 Traction pattern is a good solid herringbone perfect for clay.

The upper on the ubersonics is incredible. It has enough support and the ventilation is incredible. There's good heel lockdown with a wide toebox, too.

I didn't like the feather 3's. Felt like a very different shoe, and the 2's had really good cushioning for a speed shoe. 3's felt hard to me in the midsole, I only tried them on, never bought a pair.
3 has little cushioning and forefoot upper has little give. Fit in well with the old Feathers

Bought about a dozen Vapor 9s years ago and am now starting to stock up on the Vapor 10 Knits when they go on sale. I have to size up 1/2 size but love the fit of the shoe. A little clunkier than the 9s but comfort is top notch.

Aren’t the durability on those kinda bad? Idk cause the traction pattern is same as cage 3 and 2.

At the time it was the most durable Nike with a 6-month guarantee. I usually get 5-6 months out of a part with playing 4 times a week.

This model always worked better for me than Vapors and newer Cages, and never irritated my shin splints. Training in Vapors gave me pain; Cage 3 felt unstable with the rounded heel and outsole.

The shoes had a six month outsole warranty? Didn’t that go to the air max cage or zoom cage 2?

Curious about the orthotic, info pls. Only mall walk in the Monarchs. Play on har-tru in Ubersonics so my feet are never stressed.

Yonex Power Cushion Durable II. Just found two more new pairs overseas...I think they were made in 2016 so those are probably the last two in my size lol. If I knew Yonex would narrow then discontinue the PCD line I would have stocked up more back then.

Of current shoes I have 5 pair of KSwiss Ultrashot.

Those Yonex releases circa 2014-2016 were some of the best shoes ever.

I had a few pairs of the 2014 power cushions but I never stocked up enough.
