looking for a new racquet

im currently using an nsix-one 95 16x18, before that an n5. i love the extra power and touch of the n6.1 when im chasing down shots or need that perfect lob or passing shot, but when i go on the offensive and start hitting harder, i find that i hit out w/ the n6.1 much more often than the n5. despite the n5's better control when on the offensive, it has slightly less power and doesnt have the maneuverability of my n6.1 when it tough positions on the court.

basically, im looking for a racquet that combines the pros of both of these racquets.

for a quick overview of what i like for each racquet:

n6.1: maneuverability, power, great touch
n5: consistent aggressive hitting

may i suggest the volkl dx 9, babolat pure storm, prince hybrid hornet, wilson npro open, head flexpoint instinct, or nblade. i would try the volkl 9, babolat, hornet, and nblade. oh ya the yonex is also good choice but might not have the power u r looking for.

Do you hit with a lot of spin? Or relatively flat? If you're a flat hitter, perhaps you could try the 18x20 version if the nSix-One. It has less power and a more controlled, consistent response.

i play w/ spin when need be, but never w/ a lot. i have a 1h backhand, so thats usually flat. i think im going to look into the pure storm, nblade, and possibly the rds 001. is there any reason why u guys suggested these racquets? what i mean is, is there any common factor that relates these racquets that caused u to suggest them?

try the n6.1 95 18x20, you will get more control, but less spin, i think you should demo this one
