7.47 bogo or bogo cause it's about half of retail? If the former, where?

Man.. back in the day when I was a 100% fila tennis man , I swear I went into a tj max and bought a 2 yr wardrobe for like 150 bucks . Amazing

Just obtained these beautiful shorts off the big bidding site... they were listed for 24.99 plus shipping. I offered 10 - automatic decline. Offered 12 and they accepted! The shipping is only 3.15, so I spent (as I already paid:giggle:) $15 onem! It's gonna be a great day... WEEK, even!

The seller had them listed as "Nike Dri Fit Vented Polyester Spandex Shorts Peach Color", so I conclude he had no idea the value of them!

Edit: Here is the link to the screenshots I took off the big bidding site. They are in GREAT shape (like new, imo)!

Anybody been to the nike clearance store in Holland the last days? Curious what covid 19 measures they took.
Holland as in the country? Most Nike stores are closed right now. If you meant in the last days before covid-19 breakout, they had social distancing marks, disinfected everything at checkout, benches, fitting rooms, and made sure all employees wore mask and gloves.

I am very curious to go and have a look again since i visited the stores the last years about 3 or 4 times a week :p however i am bit afraid to take the risk and find out they have the exact same stock as just before they closed haha :)
In the US cannot recall any tennis-related gear in a Nike outlet the past 10 yrs. Had better luck in an Adidas and/or Asics Outlet. And far better selection here.

Wow really? I scored about 300 pairs of vapors and cages here, sample rf vapors (about 20) and about 100 jackets i think, also rf polos, shirts etc. They always have lots of tennis stuff over here! Too bad Federer went to Uniqlo :(
Must be nice

I find the occasional tennis related item maybe once every couple of months at my local clearance store. Used to be a bit more common maybe 5-7 years ago. Now it's pretty rare.

Like @Ronaldo said, tennis items are a hit and miss at clearance/outlet stores. The last time I saw any tennis items was 5 years ago.

agreed. Then again, it just depends... here in Jackson there are almost never stocked, but in El Paso, TX I usually will find something every other visit to the bargain stores.

This was one day with multiple visits to one Nike clearance store in Holland when there was discount sale, every pair was 32 euros. These were only the shoes :p

You’re a crazy guy !!
Here in France Nike outlet stores are rarely offering tennis products. Or from time to time some boring polos and shorts but nothing to remember. Just before lockdown there was a vapor grass sole pair in a very odd size like 13.

Very true. I think that's probably what inspired me to create the whole thread in the first place. Granted, it did take on a life of it's own to my surprise. Anyway, to add....today, I was able to find three pairs of Barricade Classics (White) in my size at Marshall's for $32.00/pr on clearance.

Nice! You can definitely find tennis shoes at Marshall’s, Ross, or Burlington (currently) at a great deal. Couple weeks ago, I bought two pairs of the Zoom Zeros at Burlington for my Dad at $22 each!

The one nearest to me in Liverpool is a 40 minute drive and I’ve only ever seen ONE pair of CB 4.3’s which I bought. Since then never a single tennis item

I’ve picked up Vapor 9.5s for £24, ultraflys, kyrie kyrgios Vapor x, in UK. I saw five different cage 3 Styles in Calais outlet Plus prestige and Vapor x. It’s there but it’s not consistent: it’s regular checking if possible (it’s not possible for me) and I reckon I get a thirty per cent hit rate at best.

Went to an Adidas Outlet today and found Solecourt Boosts in cloud white/legacy green/green tint for $69 Aud which equates to 46 Usd. The original price tag was $240 Aud.

I went into TJMaxx this afternoon and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this...

and this...

...on the rack. The polo was $16.99 and the crew top was $12.99. I know these stores can have some good name brand clothing but usually you don't find anything from such relatively new-at-retail lines. Woo hoooo!!
Ya but what you’re not telling us is that the shirts you found are a size XXXL, but you actually wear a men’s size M.

Bunch on Nike Fall/USO stuff from 2019 hitting Ross and whatnot. I scooped up this purple polo for $15

Hope you're not trying to play in shoes from 2005.
I think people look back on the Vapor Speeds with rose-tinted glasses with rose-tinted film on them. They were good... but so is the Vapor X and the 9.5 and the Breathe 2k10.... tons of great Nike shoes where the padding is more modern and the shoe is under 15oz

I don't know much about those shoes but I do know that I just had two pairs of Cage 2s fall apart on me after very little play time; one after just a few hours. My suspicion is that they were stored improperly. And those were 2015/16. How old are Vapor Speeds?

2006 or 2007. I saw some breathe cage II really cheap but I remember your case and I passed. Even for some CB now are close to 9 or 8 years old. They are collectibles but I don't know if the glue will hold enough to play

Yeah, I have some CB 2.3 that I love, but the first time I played with them my feet felt like they were broken. I think the cushioning is OK for the office (still feels very firm) but not for the court.

I had the Breathe Cage II when they were new, BTW. I think it was my first online tennis shoe purchase. I hated them, they never felt like they broke in.

I got the breathe cage II a few years back and I loved them but after a few years the outsole completly separated from the shoe. But that was an agressive looking shoe and with all that Lunarballistec or even the ZC3 the BC was more supportive

I would use the grey and Del Sol colorway with last years summer Toile shirt even if only last a few games. That would be amazing :(

Just scooped up a pair of NIB Vapor X clay on the 'Bay for just under $50 inc shipping. My current clay Vapors are 9.5s from 2015 and still feel OK, but the price was too good to pass up. I have a hard size to find (6-6.5M) so I have good luck price-wise buying the women's models, which these were.

It took me years but a pair of the Brave blue/(Volt) shorts [546495-411] Rafa was scheduled to wear during World Tour Finals '13 (as part of the outfit which was inexplicably dropped) finally got into my hands

This size is 32. 34 might be better but they'll do in a pinch.
