Holland as in the country? Most Nike stores are closed right now. If you meant in the last days before covid-19 breakout, they had social distancing marks, disinfected everything at checkout, benches, fitting rooms, and made sure all employees wore mask and gloves.Anybody been to the nike clearance store in Holland the last days? Curious what covid 19 measures they took.
Sorry yes the country haha its opened since last week again, 6 days a week from 12 -17Holland as in the country? Most Nike stores are closed right now.
Nice! Well, what I said up there is what they are doing.Sorry yes the country haha its opened since last week again, 6 days a week from 12 -17
In the US cannot recall any tennis-related gear in a Nike outlet the past 10 yrs. Had better luck in an Adidas and/or Asics Outlet. And far better selection here.I am very curious to go and have a look again since i visited the stores the last years about 3 or 4 times a week however i am bit afraid to take the risk and find out they have the exact same stock as just before they closed haha

Must be niceWow really? I scored about 300 pairs of vapors and cages here, sample rf vapors (about 20) and about 100 jackets i think, also rf polos, shirts etc. They always have lots of tennis stuff over here! Too bad Federer went to Uniqlo
I thought every nike clearance store had tennis stuff also, didnt knew that! I miss the hunt for great bargains in these crazy timesMust be nice
May indicate how far down tennis participation has dropped in the US.I thought every nike clearance store had tennis stuff also, didnt knew that! I miss the hunt for great bargains in these crazy times
Like @Ronaldo said, tennis items are a hit and miss at clearance/outlet stores. The last time I saw any tennis items was 5 years ago.I am very curious to go and have a look again since i visited the stores the last years about 3 or 4 times a week however i am bit afraid to take the risk and find out they have the exact same stock as just before they closed haha
Greatest items ever at an Outlet, Shottensteins, were french tennis racquets. Donnay, Rossignol, Major.....................any for $10 each.Like @Ronaldo said, tennis items are a hit and miss at clearance/outlet stores. The last time I saw any tennis items was 5 years ago.
Oohh they should make a tennis outlet store full of NOS and clearance racquets.Greatest items ever at an Outlet, Shottensteins, were french tennis racquets. Donnay, Rossignol, Major.....................any for $10 each.
Even Lacoste
I find the occasional tennis related item maybe once every couple of months at my local clearance store. Used to be a bit more common maybe 5-7 years ago. Now it's pretty rare.
You’re a crazy guy !!This was one day with multiple visits to one Nike clearance store in Holland when there was discount sale, every pair was 32 euros. These were only the shoes

The Nike Outlet stores I went to in MI had mostly basketball, running or soccer stuff. I never ran into anything tennis related.I thought every nike clearance store had tennis stuff also, didnt knew that! I miss the hunt for great bargains in these crazy times
Very true. I think that's probably what inspired me to create the whole thread in the first place. Granted, it did take on a life of it's own to my surprise. Anyway, to add....today, I was able to find three pairs of Barricade Classics (White) in my size at Marshall's for $32.00/pr on clearance.Like @Ronaldo said, tennis items are a hit and miss at clearance/outlet stores.
Nice! You can definitely find tennis shoes at Marshall’s, Ross, or Burlington (currently) at a great deal. Couple weeks ago, I bought two pairs of the Zoom Zeros at Burlington for my Dad at $22 each!Very true. I think that's probably what inspired me to create the whole thread in the first place. Ya but what you’re not telling us is that the shirts you found are a size XXXL, but you actually wear a men’s size M.I went into TJMaxx this afternoon and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this...
and this...
...on the rack. The polo was $16.99 and the crew top was $12.99. I know these stores can have some good name brand clothing but usually you don't find anything from such relatively new-at-retail lines. Woo hoooo!!
I think people look back on the Vapor Speeds with rose-tinted glasses with rose-tinted film on them. They were good... but so is the Vapor X and the 9.5 and the Breathe 2k10.... tons of great Nike shoes where the padding is more modern and the shoe is under 15ozHope you're not trying to play in shoes from 2005.

2006 or 2007. I saw some breathe cage II really cheap but I remember your case and I passed. Even for some CB now are close to 9 or 8 years old. They are collectibles but I don't know if the glue will hold enough to playI don't know much about those shoes but I do know that I just had two pairs of Cage 2s fall apart on me after very little play time; one after just a few hours. My suspicion is that they were stored improperly. And those were 2015/16. How old are Vapor Speeds?

I got the breathe cage II a few years back and I loved them but after a few years the outsole completly separated from the shoe. But that was an agressive looking shoe and with all that Lunarballistec or even the ZC3 the BC was more supportiveYeah, I have some CB 2.3 that I love, but the first time I played with them my feet felt like they were broken. I think the cushioning is OK for the office (still feels very firm) but not for the court.
I had the Breathe Cage II when they were new, BTW. I think it was my first online tennis shoe purchase. I hated them, they never felt like they broke in.
I would use the grey and Del Sol colorway with last years summer Toile shirt even if only last a few games. That would be amazingYeah, I have some CB 2.3 that I love, but the first time I played with them my feet felt like they were broken. Gotta check Ross on the regular. I got a pair of Solecourt Boost Clay and 2 pair of the new Nike Cage Zoom, all $30 each. I check weekly or so.Saw a pair of Solecourt Boost at Ross about a month ago for $30. If only they were in my size.
