I'm interested in the m-fil 300 because of the low price. My main racket is the rdx500 mp and sometimes if want to go a little lighter i use the babolat pure storm.
I would appreciate a comparison between the m-fil 300 and one of those other rackets. I already would have bought the m-fil 300 but when Breakpoint on TW reviewed the m-fil 300 i changed my mind. Read his review and you know why.

The big thread about the mfil300 would be the best place to ask this...there is some great info on the frame in there.

I've had a Pure Storm for a while now and just sold off some MFil 300's.

The Storm has more power, more spin, a more solid feel, and more foregiveness.

The 300 gives more feedback, for some reason I felt more confident on volleys, and I found a little more control on serves. The MFil plays lighter than the Storm. I find the Storm a little too light for me now and the MFil definitely too light. I lost a match to someone with the MFil who I haven't lost to in 5 months and it put a bad taste in my mouth for the racket. I don't find it to be anywhere as good as the way people make it sound around here.

From the back of the court the Storm takes the crown for me. For serves, the Pure Storm's power is great. For precise control and more feedback, the MFil is the better stick. I think the perception of control comes from the lower power. I find great control with both sticks though.

Both great rackets for different people, but I think the Storm is better.

I do hope it plays differently than the 300g. I had it for a short while and hated it. It had no power at all.

I actually these 3 frames.
The RDX500 is the most forgiving of all and the most well-rounded. It's too light for me to play stock, as is the Dunlop.
The Pure Storm plays heavier and has plenty of pop and spin. The Dunlop has the best feel.
I don't know your reasons for switching. Personally, I would just stick with the RDX500.

to me its almost perfect racquet, mine is strung really tight so i don't get the full feedback but i tell you, if u can get on that sweetspot, there is nothing better than this. Great feel, control, power combination.
