More on the Hand Tendonitis

I had this had tendonitis for a month now.
So I took 2 weeks off and it is result of stiff string and playing too much.
I am playing with gut for a while and going to hybrid latter.
It turns out that lifting weights especially had curls helps this, doing
the grip master, massaging, and hand exercises.
Plus my grip might be too small so I will build it up.
